About Our Client

Our client is a Swedish worldwide distributor of fasteners and components, and located in several countries.

Job Description

  • Make sure comply on PPAP, RoHS, REACH: Coordinate activities with Supplier Quality Manual & customer requirements.
  • Report QEHS risks: Ensure suppliers meet sustainability requirements
  • Support business development: work closely with sales & sourcing during product introduction.
  • Resolve supplier quality issues through audits: defect analysis, and continuous improvement projects
  • Monitor supplier performance: corrective actions, and performance improvement projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • College degree or above, preferably in engineering or materials.
  • Minimum 5 years of quality experience, with 3+ years as an SQE in an international manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, QS9000, or IATF16494; internal auditor certification is a plus.
  • Experience with quality tools like SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D.
  • Strong understanding of quality, reliability, supplier management, and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in the fastener/small parts industry; knowledge of plating and heat treatment is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing); oral skills are a plus.
