Job Description

  • Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly targets for robotic surgical systems within the southern Taiwan territory.
  • Develop new business opportunities by expanding the installed base and increasing system utilization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations for clinicians and administrators.
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and training teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide accurate forecasts and territory insights.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices or capital equipment, with proven success in high-value sales.
  • Strong understanding of operating room workflows and surgical environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of engaging C-suite and clinical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with high resilience and execution capability.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field.
