Job Description

As Software QA Manager, you will establish unified quality standards across App, Server, and Algorithm domains, and design frameworks for validity and reliability verification.

You will build automated QC pipelines covering data integrity, model behavior, deployment checks, and online monitoring, while managing testing labs and validation datasets.

The role involves defining release gates, implementing CI/CD QA processes, and ensuring compliance with international benchmarks.

You will collaborate with R&D, Product, and Business teams to align testability with product requirements, oversee study design for data collection, and maintain dashboards for real-time quality metrics. Ultimately, you will hold final responsibility for go-to-market readiness and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate holds a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, statistics, or a related field, with 10-15 years of experience in QA or algorithm validation and at least five years in leadership roles.

Expertise in statistical methods (ICC, Bland-Altman, correlation analysis), Python and SQL, and experience building automated testing frameworks and QC pipelines are essential.

Strong communication skills, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage global quality programs are required.

Familiarity with wearable algorithms, physiological signal processing, and large-scale data validation is a plus.
