Job Description

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across various domains, including mobile, web, SRE, operations, ML, and backend development.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the engineering division's strategic direction and policies.
  • Monitor, track, and control project outcomes to ensure successful delivery, addressing challenges proactively and driving project success.
  • Oversee the entire project development lifecycle, from inception to deployment and maintenance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to security regulations, such as ISO 27001, to safeguard sensitive data and systems. Manage the engineering division's budget effectively.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for future engineering projects that align with company objectives. Identify and lead the adoption of innovative technologies to drive productivity, efficiency, and competitive advantage.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong understanding of software development processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with cloud-based software development environments and technologies.
  • Have 5+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams, demonstrating effective leadership and management skills.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and budgeting principles.
  • Have experience leading multidisciplinary software development teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide teams towards achieving their goals.
