Our client is a family-owned consumer product company in the world with diversified company's product portfolio. They are now looking for a dynamic and creative social Media and PR Manager, to support their rapidly-growing business in Asia.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Sales teams to design and implement PR and Influencer Marketing strategies tailored for key Asian markets, focusing on enhancing brand awareness, driving product trials, and boosting revenue across the brand portfolio.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and messaging, and leverage these partnerships to strengthen the brand's presence on social media and digital platforms.
  • Partner with influencers to produce compelling, authentic content that engages target audiences and reinforces the brand's identity.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships, providing actionable insights and recommendations to refine future strategies.
  • Foster seamless communication across marketing, sales, and internal teams to maximize the impact of PR and influencer campaigns.
  • Develop and distribute top-quality press materials, including press releases, executive briefings, and key messaging documents.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience and proven results in PR, social media and influencer marketing in FMCG or lifestyle products
  • Track record of developing and executing multi-market campaigns, leveraging PR, social media and influencer engagement to achieve brand objectives
  • Deep understanding of cultural nuances and market dynamics across various regions, with the ability to adapt communications effectively for diverse audiences.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Growth mindset with entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and business acumen
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a demanding business environment
