About Our Client

A leading global semiconductor foundry, providing comprehensive integrated IC manufacturing services to many of the world's top technology companies.

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team to achieve digital transformation in facilities.
  • Build and develop in-house SW systems or platforms to help maximize returns on quality and tool/people productivity.
  • Develop and drive the overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
  • Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement with key users.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of an M.S. degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Transformation lead in a real estate/facilities management company.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly interpret and present results to top management.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects is a big plus
  • Proficient in artificial intelligence, big data, data analytics, robotic process automation, sensors, cloud computing, open-source technologies, etc.
