Job Description

  • 生產流程管理：監督和優化生產流程，確保高效、安全的生產。
  • 質量控制：確保產品符合公司和行業的品質標準，進行質量檢查和改進。
  • 人員管理：管理和培訓員工，確保團隊具備必要的技能和知識。
  • 成本控制：監控和管理生產成本，確保在預算內運營。
  • 設備維護：維護和檢查生產設備，確保設備正常運行，並及時處理故障和維修需求

The Successful Applicant

  • 具備8年以廠端管理經驗
  • 5年以上領導經驗
  • 具備策略性思考能力
  • 英文敢說敢講
