Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians and support staff.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing needs and concerns promptly.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and advancements in company's product offerings.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary parts and materials.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service management, people management or project manager role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
