Job Description

  • Analyse datacentre power trends and provide strategic recommendations
  • Track OCP High Power Rack standards and assess impact on system architecture
  • Partner with vendors to develop technology roadmaps and align with CSP requirements
  • Lead feasibility studies and architecture evaluations for new power technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power solutions into designs
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor team members to build domain expertise



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum 8 years in PSU or power shelf design, integration, or technical project management
  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC conversion, rack-level distribution, and redundancy mechanisms
  • Familiarity with OCP standards and hyperscale datacentre requirements
  • Proven experience working with global power vendors and ecosystem partners
  • Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking ability
