About Our Client
Our client is the world leader in the machine vision industry. They design, develop, manufacture and market machine vision systems. Headquartered in the US, they specialize in machine vision systems which are used for automating the manufacture of a wide range of discrete items and for assuring their quality. These product can also be used for inspecting the surfaces of products manufactured in a continuous fashion, such as metals, paper, plastics, and nonwovens.
- Properly forecast and close sensor opportunities with End Users, and OEMs through direct sales and Partners
- Effectively demonstrate products to customers and utilize the burn grass/delta sell sales process
- Follows up on sales leads and schedules customer visits. Goal of 15 sales calls per week
- Work with the Account Manager to ensure that all our client products are sold into strategic accounts
- Work with the ASP Partner to ensure they are properly trained on how to position and sell our client products. Promote our client products to increase mindshare and selling time at the Partner
The Successful Applicant
- Technical Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven sales experience and a good track record for exceeding sales targets is required
- Experience in selling technical products to production managers and engineers is also required
