Job Description

  • Build the client/ server-side environments
  • Troubleshooting, reproduce the problem and test the suggested repairs.
  • In charge of multiple projects and prioritise them to hit the target.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Programming skills in software, server architecture, or embedded application.
  • Familiar with contact/contactless technology.
  • Troubleshooting configuration and networking issues solution.
  • Experience in device driver installation
  • Familiar with Operating system experiences such as Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, iOS, or Android
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
