Job Description

As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our Blockchain-based applications. You will work closely with our team of developers, product managers, and blockchain experts to create scalable and secure solutions. Your enthusiasm for the Blockchain industry and your technical expertise will be key in driving our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for Blockchain applications.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and Blockchain experts to define and implement new features.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of backend systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Blockchain technology and integrate them into our projects.
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and technical direction of the platform.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang or Typescript
  • Experience with Blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or others.
  • Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
