Strategic Sales & Account ManagementOwn and grow assigned CSP, hyperscale, and enterprise data center accounts, with clear revenue and margin accountability.Develop senior-level relationships with customer decision-makers across engineering, sourcing, operations, and executive teams.Lead new customer and new market development, particularly for emerging data center architectures and power requirements.Manage selected OEM/ODM accounts to expand design wins, influence platform adoption, and support end-customer pull-through.2. Business Development & Market ExpansionIdentify new opportunities in server power, data center infrastructure, telecom, and energy storage segments.Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer demand assessment to shape account strategies and product roadmaps.Drive design-in and platform adoption for next-generation power architectures (e.g. ORV3, customized CRPS/MCRPS solutions).Support pricing strategy, commercial negotiation, and contract closure for large, complex deals.3. Product & Project CollaborationAct as the commercial lead across the end-to-end sales cycle, from RFQ and NPI through qualification, mass production, and ramp.Work closely with R&D, product management, operations, and supply chain to ensure customer requirements are met on cost, quality, and delivery.Translate customer technical and commercial requirements into clear internal action plans and execution milestones.Participate in customer reviews, roadmap discussions, and solution alignment meetings.4.
