About Our Client
Our client is EU based with HQ in Belgium with 13 years experience in development of renewable energy projects , with track record in 7 countries. They aim to develop renewable energy projects for the Taiwan market, with focus on near-shore wind and floating solar. Taiwan branch established in 2018 , the first development activity has started to transform into success, and we are looking for developer talent to reinforce the team.
They offer a position in a specialized team within an international environment, in a very exciting and future-oriented business environment.
As Senior Project Developer,
The main objective is to bring the project from an initial opportunity to a viable ready-to-build project. Next to organising the needed permits and the connection to the power grid, insight in the business plan and the profit drivers is necessary.
You will work closely together with a network of private and governmental stakeholders in Taiwan for that purpose .
You are also able to maintain key-account relations with investors and similar at the very high level. You deliver on your promises and you can be trusted.
There will be frequent reporting and brainstorming with the team from Belgium.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong knowledge of the technical aspects related to PV and Wind Renewable Energy Projects.
- Good organisational and communication skills, able to execute tasks diligently and carry responsibility.
- Demonstrate a significant relevant experience and track record, already well networked in the sector. (We assume you are at least engineer-level (master or similar) from education.)
- Fluency in English language is necessary as well as experience with working in an international environment company.
