Their headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. They connect businesses to a fleet of independent delivery agents including walkers, scooters, vans, trucks to deliver anything, anytime, anywhere at a fraction of the cost.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Manage our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc), generate social media content, and increase traffic and awareness.
- Champion company's Taiwan marketing efforts and consistently identifies unique new local marketing opportunities.
- At least 5-year relevant experience in digital marketing and 3-year leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Business acumen, common sense and analytical thinking.
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese & English.
- Creative individual with interests in digital marketing/content marketing/story-telling.
- Hands on and willingness to build things from scratch
- Comfortable with an "all hands on deck" and fast paced startup environment.
