Job Description

Develop a deep understanding of customer technical roadmaps, product design architecture, and application requirements.Analyze and optimize manufacturing capabilities for PCB design, soldering, and thermal management.Identify and resolve potential manufacturing challenges early in the product development lifecycle.Collaborate with customers, PCB/component suppliers, and internal teams to ensure DFX (Design for Excellence) principles are met.Investigate and troubleshoot technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality and cost objectives.Lead technical discussions and trade-off negotiations related to PCB design, soldering techniques, and thermal management.Stay updated with emerging industry technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing processes.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of experience in Server, Storage, and Networking product manufacturing.Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams.Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.Demonstrated ability to drive DFX improvements and manufacturing cost optimizations.
