Job Description

  • Led and oversaw the development and performance evaluation of financial operations systems
  • Experienced in banking and a wide range of financial instruments, with hands-on expertise in investment and mergers & acquisitions
  • Reviewed monthly operational results and budget execution performance across business units
  • Provided insightful management accounting data to support strategic decision-making
  • Conducted investment project assessments and financial feasibility analyses
  • Planned and managed financial and tax strategies to optimize outcomes
  • Prepared and reviewed monthly consolidated financial statements for investment entities; performed in-depth operational performance analyses
  • Organized and coordinated board meetings, shareholder meetings, and related corporate governance activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 12 years of working experiences in investment field with a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Familiar with financial planning, tax strategy, and cash flow management
  • Knowledge of tax regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, and various withholding tax requirements
