Job Description

  • Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure including Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and network environments.
  • Support hybrid environments across on-premise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across systems, networks, and virtualization layers.
  • Collaborate with regional IT teams to maintain stable global infrastructure operations.
  • Participate in system improvements, architecture discussions, and operational optimization.
  • Support infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
  • Assist with system configuration, upgrades, and infrastructure deployment when required.
  • Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to improve infrastructure performance and reliability.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or hybrid operations environments.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting including switch and router environments.
  • Experience working within hybrid infrastructure environments (on-premise + cloud).
  • Basic exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to analyze infrastructure issues and understand system architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Comfortable collaborating with regional teams in a global environment.
  • Working English ability (reading and writing mainly).
