Job Description

  • Design, develop, and test hardware components for server platforms (x86/GPU-based) and industrial/manufacturing systems.
  • Conduct schematic and PCB-level design, including component selection, layout planning, and performance validation.
  • Execute signal integrity analysis, system-level debugging, and root cause analysis with structured reporting.
  • Perform end-to-end interface review and self-audit checklists, ensuring robust design before production release.
  • Collaborate with software and cross-functional teams to optimize overall system integration and performance.
  • Develop test plans, perform measurements with oscilloscopes and other lab tools, and document results for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support during new product introduction (NPI) and assist in product ramp-up for mass production.
  • Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging hardware technologies, and evolving standards to drive continuous innovation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware development for x86 or GPU-based platforms, preferably in cloud server or data center design.
  • Solid knowledge of electronic circuit design, preferably in computer, server, or embedded systems.
  • Proficient in tools such as OrCAD, Concept-HDL, Allegro, and familiar with oscilloscope and lab measurement techniques.
  • Experience in hardware-software co-design and system-level performance tuning is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry compliance standards and manufacturing processes.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
