Job Description

  • Define and drive AI server and data center power architecture strategy (high‑power PSU, CRPS/MCRPS, power shelf, BBU).
  • Own mid‑ to long‑term power product roadmaps aligned with AI platform evolution.
  • Act as the primary technical interface to CSPs, hyperscalers, and Tier‑1 OEM/ODM partners.
  • Lead peer‑level architecture discussions, influencing customer specifications and platform decisions.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and technical ecosystems related to AI and data center infrastructure.
  • Partner with R&D, Product, and Sales teams to ensure consistent technical positioning.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Power Electronics.
  • 15+ years of experience in server power, data center power, or power electronics.
  • Proven ability to influence system architecture, product roadmaps, and customer decisions.
  • Confident communicator at executive and architect level in English.
