Job Description

As a market maker in recruitment field, you will play a key role in connecting businesses with top talents in Page Group. You will be - Growing Connection:

  • Provide Expert Insight: As a recruitment consultant, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge to offer valuable insights to both clients and candidates. This includes advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability, and recruitment strategies, as well as guiding candidates on career development, interview preparation, and potential career paths.
  • Impactful Client Relationships: You will build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique business challenges, culture, and growth strategies. By offering tailored recruitment solutions, you will help clients make informed hiring decisions that contribute to their overall business success, thereby making a significant difference to their teams and organizations.
  • Consultative Approach: By using a consultative approach, you will go beyond just filling roles. You will educate clients on the benefits of different hiring strategies, such as promoting diversity or considering candidates with transferable skills. For candidates, you'll provide guidance on positioning themselves effectively within the market and helping them navigate complex career decisions.

The Successful Applicant


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales person, business development, or recruitment consultancy roles.
  • A dynamic, proactive attitude with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships and expand your professional network.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to understand, articulate, and discuss technical role requirements with both colleagues and candidates.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and fostering internal and external relationships to drive success.
