Job Description

  • Brand Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
  • Product Positioning: Define and articulate the unique value propositions of our products, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, sales, and operations teams to ensure product development and marketing initiatives are aligned and effectively executed.
  • Budget Management: Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior assistant brand managers and marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Brand Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track brand performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners, suppliers, and key opinion leaders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years solid brand marketing experience in well-known FMCG companies. Consumer healthcare, Nutrition or OTC experience is a big plus
  • Familiar with pharmacies / drug stores channels is preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
