Job Description

  • Lead and operate a regional operations hub to ensure timely availability of materials supporting frontline activities
  • Manage external logistics partners through service governance, performance reviews, and compliance oversight
  • Own operational budgets, drive cost‑efficiency initiatives, and oversee facility or infrastructure‑related projects
  • Deliver optimisation projects to improve efficiency, service availability, and overall operational performance
  • Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to align processes, systems, and operating standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics within a complex or technology‑driven environment
  • Proven people leadership experience with a strong track record of building and developing teams
  • Solid background in partner management, service operations, and cross‑functional project delivery
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise systems, warehouse or operations tools, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a structured, detail‑oriented, and outcome‑driven approach
