This role is ideal for a hands-on SCADA engineer who enjoys troubleshooting real systems and working across global teams. You will take ownership of SCADA operations in Taiwan, supporting high-impact infrastructure environments with strict reliability requirements.

Job Description

  • Take ownership of SCADA system operations and troubleshooting in Taiwan
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve system issues across remote and on-site environments
  • Work closely with global engineering teams (US / APAC) to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Support system integration, deployment, and ongoing optimization
  • Act as the technical point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to building and scaling local support capabilities

The Successful Applicant

  • Hands-on experience with SCADA systems (Ignition or similar platforms)
  • Strong troubleshooting and system-level problem-solving capability
  • Experience in system integration, automation, or infrastructure environments
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote + occasional on-site)
  • Able to communicate effectively in English within a global team
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a high-ownership role
