This role leads SAP SD functional ownership in a large-scale transformation from ECC to S/4HANA, covering both business processes and system integration. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to design, deliver, and optimize complex SAP solutions across global operations.

Our client is a well-established global electronics manufacturer with a strong presence across multiple regions. The company is currently undergoing a major digital transformation, including SAP system modernization and process optimization across its global business units.

Job Description

  • Lead SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) functional ownership, including solution design and process optimization
  • Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Manage and coordinate with external SI vendors and internal development teams
  • Oversee system integration across SAP and surrounding systems (e.g., MES, WMS, CRM)
  • Analyze data flow, interface design, and system architecture to ensure seamless operations
  • Lead and develop a small SAP functional team (approx. 4-5 members)
  • Ensure system stability, continuous improvement, and project delivery quality

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash process
  • Proven track record in SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects
  • Solid understanding of system integration (interfaces, data flow, IDoc, etc.)
  • Experience working with SI vendors and managing external partners
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Prior team leadership experience is highly preferred
  • Background in manufacturing or electronics industry is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of SAP architecture and ability to communicate with technical teams
