This role collaborates closely with internal BA teams and external consulting partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.

Our client is a global manufacturing group with multi-country operations, multiple production sites, and ongoing post-acquisition expansion. They are building a unified global ERP landscape and driving digital transformation across regions, with SAP as the core system.

Job Description

  • Lead global SAP projects including S/4 HANA rollout, migration, template alignment, and integration after acquisitions.
  • Coordinate across multiple regions and business units to ensure project alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Work closely with internal BA teams and external consulting partners (blueprint, config, solution delivery).
  • Manage full project lifecycle including scoping, planning, tracking, risk management, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Oversee integration across modules such as SD, FI/CO, MM, PP, and surrounding systems.
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to solve business problems and optimize end-to-end processes.
  • Ensure consistent documentation, governance, and adherence to project standards.
  • Push project progress, challenge external vendors when needed, and ensure deliverables meet quality expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of SAP or ERP project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience leading SAP implementation or rollout (SD a strong plus; other modules also acceptable).
  • Strong cross-country communication and project coordination experience.
  • Ability to manage complex system landscapes (multiple sites / multiple ERP).
  • Fluent English communication for global meetings.
