Job Description

1.Partner Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Identifying and recruiting new partners: Finding and bringing on new resellers, distributors, and strategic partners to expand the channel network.
  • Onboarding: Training and educating partners on products, services, sales processes, and tools to ensure they are equipped to sell effectively.



2.Channel Strategy Development

  • Developing sales strategies: Creating tailored channel sales strategies that align with company goals, regional demands, and partner capabilities.
  • Setting targets and goals: Establishing clear sales quotas, performance metrics, and incentives to motivate partners.



3.Relationship Management

  • Building and nurturing partnerships: Cultivating strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure mutual growth and alignment.
  • Conflict resolution: Addressing and managing any conflicts or issues that arise between the company and its partners to maintain healthy business relationships.



4.Sales Enablement and Support

  • Providing sales tools and resources: Supplying partners with marketing materials, product information, sales training, and other resources to help them sell more effectively.
  • Co-selling and joint marketing: Collaborating with partners on joint sales efforts, promotional campaigns, and events to drive revenue.



5.Monitoring and Performance Tracking

  • Tracking sales performance: Monitoring the performance of channel partners, including sales volume, market penetration, and customer feedback.
  • Reporting: Providing regular updates to internal leadership on channel sales results, challenges, and opportunities for growth.



6.Forecasting and Planning

  • Sales forecasting: Working with partners to forecast sales performance and market demand in different regions.
  • Business planning: Creating annual or quarterly business plans with channel partners to set shared objectives and ensure alignment with the company's broader sales strategy.



7.Marketing Coordination

  • Joint marketing initiatives: Collaborating with partners on marketing campaigns, lead generation, and advertising efforts that drive awareness and sales.
  • Brand alignment: Ensuring partners are properly representing the company's brand, value proposition, and product offerings.
