About Our Client
My client is a reputable MNC biopharm with strong pipeline and abundant promotion resources. You'll be working with smart, mature and experienced professionals in the market to drive the business. The company encourages internal promotion and progression with good track record.
- Build up ecosystem of KOL and patients for working streamline
- Lead cross-functional team to exceed the commercial targets
- Responsible for design commercial strategy and tactical plans for portfolio throughout the lifecycle, including leading the launch preparation and market development for the pipeline products.
- Deliver operational excellence in marketing & sales efforts and business/forecast planning
- Partner with Public Affairs, HEOR, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Affairs to ensure the success of the portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
- More than 7 years of marketing experience and 3+ years plus of sales management experience
- Regional/Global exposure
- Specialty care experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of success, as demonstrated by successful product launches and sustained performance in a competitive market.
- Previous experience managing P&L and an understanding of revenue forecasting, expense budget planning and tracking.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
- A tertiary qualification in Science, Business or health related fields.
