About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in beauty industry and they have a diverse portfolio of different products. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to drive the sales for one of their brands.
- Manages the achievement of sales objectives through planning / executing of the sales effort, as well as monitoring the cost of goods and stock level. Work closely with the sales department to monitor sales, especially for all counters.
- Achieve monthly sell-through and sell-in targets. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, and price schedules.
- Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quota, and goals, and advises department stores concerning sales and advertising techniques. Manages Operational Effectiveness
- Develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the company.
- Enhances education and development of field staff by working together with the Training Manager to improve product knowledge, selling skills and service standards of all B.A.s.
- Ensures Customer and Market Growth
- Responsible for the motivation and professional development of Brand office staff and BAs.
The Successful Applicant
- Education College / University graduate
- 5+ years sales experience in MNC FMCG and retail industry
- Familiar with Taiwan Department stores and store management experience will be a plus
- Experiences of local (Taiwan) market is a must
- Professional Skills Negotiation skill
- Language Proficiency communication in Mandarin
- Good understanding, written and spoken English
