About Our Client
Our client is a well-known international diversified corporate group. The main business is the direct distribution of various products like household appliances, fitted kitchens or cosmetics. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to expand their business in Taiwan.
- Setup yearly business development strategy and plan.
- Setup yearly training strategy and program (include monthly calendar and yearly calendar)
- Coach Branch Managers to achieve monthly budget & yearly budget.
- Train and coach BMs to conduct effective meeting & basic training
- To supervise training program for BMs to provide high quality service in terms of customer service & operation.
- Design and conduct BM monthly meeting & quarterly workshop
- Design and review the contents of basic training program
- Special focus: develop TM business in Central and Southern Taiwan
The Successful Applicant
- Major in Business related / Bachelor degree or above
- With at least 8 year experience in retail or direct selling industries. Experience from direct selling is a plus.
- Easy-going and dynamic, logic thinking and good in inside and outside analyze.
- Influential communications skills - the ability to concisely and persuasively communicate ideas to management, partners and internal sales team.
- Strong leadership skills to motive sales team.
- Proven ability and experience to identify business opportunities and processes, to implement improvements.
- Good command of English and Office.
- SAP experience is a plus.
