Job Description

  1. Oversee the sales of wound care products to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives within direct accounts.
  2. Lead and manage the direct sales team to drive and expand the wound care business, achieving sales targets.
  3. Develop and implement advertising and promotional programs to increase product usage and capture market share from competitors.
  4. Provide support to the team in direct sales activities, ensuring that business goals are met.
  5. Cultivate and manage relationships with users and KOLs to enhance product adoption and market presence.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely support and efficient sales operations.
  7. Assign and manage sales territories and targets to optimize performance and coverage.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in medical related science; Master's degree or MBA equivalent preferred
  • At least 6 years experiences in medical device industry and 3 years experience in sales and people management. Proven track record of achieving sales target and leading a sales team.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrable computer literacy with Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and digital platforms.
  • Speaking and reading proficiency in English
