Job Description

*Conduct market and industry analysis to adapt business strategies to dynamic competition.

*Collaborate with Product Management and regional offices to define and implement product and sales strategies.

*Oversee pricing strategy, sales analysis, and project management for regional business operations.

*Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing partners and customers globally.

*Coordinate with HQ teams to address regional needs and execute global product strategies.

The Successful Applicant

*Proven experience in the AUTO ID industry or related fields, with a strong track record in business management.

*Excellent organizational and planning skills, able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

*Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

*Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and inter-departmental teams.

*Strategic thinker with experience in creating and implementing market and product strategies.
