This role is responsible for driving new business development and project acquisition for power solutions across the Asia market. The position combines strategic sales leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver successful customer programs from design-in through mass production.

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new customers while securing design-wins and new programs for power solutions
  • Lead the end-to-end business development process including technical proposal preparation, development planning, cost estimation, ROI analysis, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiation
  • Manage customer programs and product development projects including schedules, cost management, and project budgeting
  • Work closely with internal teams including R&D, operations, and manufacturing to ensure successful product development and production ramp
  • Collaborate with factory teams on operational coordination including material planning, demand fulfillment, financial tracking, sales forecasting, cost control, and profit management
  • Coordinate with quality and related teams to ensure product quality improvements, after-sales support, and supplier management
  • Drive business expansion across the Asia region while supporting overseas business development initiatives
  • Travel when required to support key customer engagements and strategic programs

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in sales, business development, or key account management within power electronics, power supply, computing hardware, or server infrastructure industries
  • Familiarity with PC, notebook, or server platform ecosystems, including OEM/ODM program models
  • Proven track record in new customer development and program acquisition
  • Strong experience managing complex customer projects involving cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in pricing strategy, ROI evaluation, and contract negotiation
  • Ability to drive programs from concept development through mass production
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across international teams
  • Fluent English communication and willingness to travel regionally
