Job Description

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Own and drive order intake, sales pipeline, and revenue targets for O&G, Chemical, and Power segments
  • Identify and develop new customers (greenfield) while expanding existing accounts (brownfield)
  • Execute strategic account planning and territory development



Customer Engagement & Market Expansion

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across EPCs, end-users, and industrial groups
  • Act as the primary interface between customers and internal engineering teams
  • Drive value-based and solution-oriented selling for customized applications



Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics
  • Provide inputs on pricing strategy and market positioning
  • Support development of branding and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with regional teams



Internal Collaboration & Process Excellence

  • Work within a matrix organization across APAC and global teams
  • Utilize and drive adoption of CRM, sales tools, and structured reporting
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, ethics, and integrity standards



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of B2B technical sales experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power sectors
  • Proven track record in new business development ("hunter" profile)
  • Strong exposure to EPCs, end-users (e.g., CPC, Formosa, TPC), and industrial customers
  • Experience managing both direct sales and channel/distributor networks
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix, multinational environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in solution-based / consultative selling
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in heat exchangers, thermal solutions, or related equipment (e.g., pumps, valves, compressors, cooling systems)
    • Established network within Taiwan O&G, Chemical, or Power ecosystem
