- Identify potential market needs and actively communicate the value proposition through presentations with clients.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to increase market share.
- Manage a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecast.
- Plans and shapes the future of the sales direction and shares a clear vision of where the business is going.
- Managing, nurturing and developing the team and to give constructive and regular feedback to facilitate career growth.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in digital marketing related industry, ideally in Martech or SaaS product
- Familiar with E-commerce industry ecosystem would be a plus.
- Strong product knowledge in SaaS Martech product.
- Extensive portfolio in Digital Marketing, SEO, and SEM clients.
- Able to work under pressure and fast-paced start-up environment.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
