About Our Client
Our client is a multinational life science company producing a range of products including primarily diagnostic device. The company with great reputation cares for the employees' development and offers opportunities for individual advancement and growth. Currently, they are seeking a Sales Manager who will lead the sales of diagnostic device to attend sales objective.
- Lead, train, and develop high-performance team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Define and establish the national sales objectives, policies and programs.
- Evaluate the activities of associates aligning with sales strategies.
- Prepare the sales & budgets plan and present to the supervisors.
- Execute marketing activities and cooperate with marketing associates.
- Work effectively with Key Accounts to achieve business results.
- Lead team work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree plus in Life Science, biology, or related subject
- 5+ years of sales experience in life science device (clinical)
- Solid knowledge of diagnostic device required.
- Experience in distributor management.
- People management experience with proven track record.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong business analytical and training skills
