About Our Client
Our client is one of the most popular and well-known Food & Beverage company in the world. They are now looking for a passionate, creative and energetic Sales Manager to drive their sales through wholesalers and distribution partners.
- Developing productive long term relationships with wholesaler partners to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver monthly trade sales volume based on LRE (last revised estimate)
- Implementing national wholesaler sales strategy
- Preparing volume forecasts and plans
- Driving wholesaler engagement through alignment on the business plans, leading to execution excellence.
- Ensure Numeric distribution targets fulfillment by channel and SKU.
- Regular store checks to acquire information on execution and market information
- Wholesaler contracts negotiation, business development agreement.
- Work cross functionally with Trade Marketing/ Marketing / Operations in developing business.
- Train field sales & merchandiser forces to sell targeted volume and set-up in-outlet execution standards.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years experience in FMCG Distributor partner/Wholesalers management. Territory/regional/field sales experience a plus.
- Able and willing to work in a flat structured and low-bureaucratic company, applying all best practices obtained on previous jobs.
- Bring disciplined, innovative and creative approach to business.
- Preferably having strong educational background: numbers, analysis, strategy, innovation, system, structured approach, and marketing.
- Has commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial math.
- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
- Good selling skills: communication, negotiation and objection handling skills
- Personality: highly motivated, energetic, a team player, agile, credible
- English Proficient in reading/writing. Basic conversation level.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
