- Maintain commercial relationships with existing customers and expand the supplied product range.
- Create new opportunities, by developing a specific business development plan in Taiwan, through distributors, contractors, and end-users.
- Manage technical support of given project, as per project requirements.
- Manage day to day sales, technical quotations, and specific project support.
- Coach / Train customers and their technical teams.
- Coordinate between customers, customer service team and factories to ensure customers' satisfaction in product quality, on time delivery and after sales service.
- Analyze opportunities and threats in the market, feedback to the global Sales and Product Management teams to drive for product development and business development strategy.
The Successful Applicant
- Education: an academic degree in Engineering
- Sales driven, ready to undertake a business development challenge.
- Successful job experience in the fire industry of at least 5 years.
- Have Experience and know-how in B-to-B sales, marketing and business development with sound technical knowledge.
- Work as team player who can prioritize opportunities and think strategically.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; other languages are assets.
