- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's dealer base.
- KPI setting, coaching and monitoring sales representatives' performance.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Strong leadership to lead senior sales and build a sales team.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Can work independently, have a high degree of ambition and enthusiasm for goals.
- Good communication skills, willing to share experience and skill with team member
- High sensitivity to market information and product development.
