Over 100 years-old Global Chemical MNC that sells its products in more than 100 countries, the product range includes silicone rubbers, polymer products like ethylene vinyl acetate redispersible polymer powder, chemical materials, polysilicon and wafers for semiconductor industry. The corporation is operating in more than 25 production sites in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
- Manage and grow sales in business team of construction sealant (both bulk &CTG) and silicone raw materials including Specialty (hybrid products and other specialty) in TW market, including direct customer and distribution channel management;
- Collect market intelligence in responsible regions, contribute to business team strategy setting;
- Contribute and propose market development strategy in Greater China to business team, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy;
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager related to sales, customers and responsible market.
- Cooperate with cross functional colleagues like marketing, technical, PM and productions for necessary topics
- Bachelor degree major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
- At least 5 years sales and marketing experience in sealant, or chemicals.
- Distribution channel and account management skills
- Product and application experience in the sealant or adhesive
- International company working background is preferred.
- Fluent English skill both written and speaking
- Good command of IT tools (MS Office, email, Internet).
- Willing to frequently travel
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Works well independently
