Sales Lead is directly report to CEO and drive Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategy and accelerate growth across global e-commerce platforms. This role will focus on building strong marketplace presence (Amazon, eBay, and other online channels) while expanding export sales to key international markets, particularly the USA and Europe.

Our client is a global lifestyle brand specializing in home décor, furniture, and consumer products with a strong emphasis on design, functionality, and affordability. They are now looking for a Sales Lead in Taiwan to expand their sales performance globally.

Job Description

  • Lead D2C sales initiatives to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage e-commerce channels including Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces.
  • Expand international sales footprint with a focus on exports to the USA and Europe.
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to optimize pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with marketplace partners and international distributors.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in emerging e-commerce channels and global markets.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years solid B2B sales experience in consumer goods or e-commerce industry
  • Strong understanding of D2C business models and online marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience in international sales and exports, particularly to the USA and Europe.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
