About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest and most prestigious beauty and skin care brands in Asia. They are now looking for a Sales head and oversee several brands in Taiwan.
- Develop sales strategy to ensure brand and launch targets are achieved and brand image at point of sale is maintained.
- Define and manage yearly sales plans by retailer account to meet overall sales goals.
- Analyze results and key KPIs of strategy and report to GM on progress, making changes as necessary.
- Provide reports and analysis from NPD and other relevant sources on company brand and competitive performance (and trends).
- Carry out other tasks and projects as necessary for achievement of key goals and as directed by General Manager.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with department stores.
- Develop and negotiate sales budgets.
The Successful Applicant
- 8 years solid sales management experience in cosmetic / beauty industry
- Strong relationships and experience in working with Departments Stores
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Ability to multitask, work with tight deadlines accurately
- Strong attention to detail
