- Drive the sales number by working closely with area sales teams to make sure the result meets the annual target.
- Develop long-term strategies that could be applied in the dynamic and competitive retail environments.
- Challenge the current status to optimise the operational process and sales strategies by taking local condition into account.
- Negotiate with key channels and maintain good relationship to ensure the company¡¦s commercial interest.
- Deliver excellent efficiency on product visibility, rotation and promotion to further expend the brand image.
The Successful Applicant
10+ years experience in FMCG or retail industry as a management role.
- Solid track record on increasing sales number by implementing strategies.
- Good leadership skill on driving the team performance.
- Target-driven mindset.
- Team-player mindset is a must
- Fluent in English is a plus.
