Develop various applications like 3C, industrial to automotive industries.

It offers a broad portfolio of battery solutions, predominantly small and large scale battery packs, rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- Develop business commercial strategies with the VP Global Sales and the Taiwan team.
- Lead the global market intelligence activities and drive key account strategies on business growth.
- Establish the resources requirements and bandwidth on Strategic, Key and Transnational accounts.
- Create, manage and enhance strategic relations with key stakeholders such as PMs and RDs.
The Successful Applicant
- English fluency is highly preferred as the regular global connections are necessary.
- Management skill in leading cross function people would be a plus.
- With experience in developing both the top Taiwanese 1st Tier OEMs and their clients in focus applications/markets as strategic customers for the company.
- Preferred technical background in battery industry or knowledge in design-in products with basic knowledge of operations.
