Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accomplish corporate objectives.
  • Manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with the sales team.
  • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Participate in the development of new project proposals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Director should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive sales teams.
  • Strong business sense and retail industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales statistics and translating results into better solutions.
