Job Description



  1. Strategy Development: Creating and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals.


  2. Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and training the sales team to enhance performance and skills.


  3. Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales metrics and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


  4. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.


  5. Market Research: Analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.


  6. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.


  7. Budget Management: Managing the sales budget and forecasting future sales performance.

The Successful Applicant



  • Experience: Significant experience in sales, often 8-10 years, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a positive and productive environment.


  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals.


  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other departments.


  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.


  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry and market dynamics relevant to the company's products or services.


  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA can be a plus.


  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
