About Our Client
Our client is a well-known beauty product and personal care company in the world. Product portfolio is very broad with high quality. They are now looking for a Sales Director to look after the sales and trade marketing team to achieve sales target in Taiwan.
- Achieve company's sales target and execute sales strategy
- Lead the team to complete annual customer business plans, engage strategic customers in JBP meetings and leverage trade's power to deliver sales target
- In charge of commercial planning with strategic mindset, build up solid partnership with customers & distributors
- Lead the Sales team to prepare and control annual listing, merchandising plan and sales budget
- In charge of the synchronization of Sales & Trade Marketing teams, build up one strong integrated team with solid know-how in Sales/ Trade Marketing/ Shopper insights, etc.
- Plan, execute and monitor team coaching, evaluation and development
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in business related major)
- 12+ years solid working experience in sales management & trade marketing in well-known MNC FMCG companies
- 7+ years channel management experiences in PCS, Hypermarkets and Supermarkets channels
- 3+ years Trade Marketing/ Customer Insights/ Category planning experiences in FMCG industry
- Strong capabilities in strategy thinking & commercial planning.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with creativity
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, organization and problem-solving skills
- Professional oral & written English
