- Manage the team of Sales & FAE to achieve company's annual revenue target.
- Identify suitable segment and target customer to maintain the relationship with key decision makers.
- Plan marketing and go-to-market strategy to further boost revenue.
The Successful Applicant
- Deep knowledge in selling Power IC, especially AC to DC.
- With more than 4 years team management experience with great sales performance.
- Willingness to travel around Asia. Connection in China market is preferred.
- Possesses technical background in EE or ME.
