Job Description



  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Drive sales of our full range of products and solutions to designated customers.
    • Identify, manage, and develop new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.


  2. Technical Support:
    • Provide pre-sales technical assistance to customers, helping them understand and select the right solutions for their needs.
    • Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise post-implementation.


  3. Quotation and Proposal Management:
    • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and follow-ups on customer inquiries.
    • Ensure all customer communications are prompt, professional, and solution-oriented.


  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
    • Regularly engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.


  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
    • Share market insights and customer feedback with the team to foster continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • MUST: AMR(Autonomous Mobile Robot)or AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)related sector.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the robotics or technology sector.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex robotic solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with a less formal structure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
