Job Description



  • Develop and implement the NAPAC RWE strategy in alignment with global brand objectives.


  • Drive regional RWE solutions to support successful market access, pricing negotiations, and brand differentiation.


  • Maintain expertise in real-world data (RWD) sources and build strategic relationships with external data providers.


  • Lead the development, execution, and dissemination of RWE studies following Principles of Medical Research and local regulations.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to integrate RWE needs into business planning.


  • Manage 3rd party organizations to ensure high-quality, compliant RWE research.


  • Monitor environmental changes in RWE methodologies and policy landscape to anticipate customer needs.


  • Share best practices across regions and therapeutic areas to elevate RWE excellence.


  • Provide clear, timely updates on project statuses, budgets, and deliverables to internal stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant



  • Ph.D., M.D., PharmD, or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., epidemiology, pharmacoeconomics, biostatistics) with significant related experience.


  • Proven expertise in medical data analysis and real-world evidence generation.


  • Strong understanding of local healthcare systems and regional market access environments.


  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills, with experience influencing diverse stakeholders.


  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional local languages is advantageous.


  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to bridge scientific rigor and strategic objectives.
